Those are some noxious fumes you choose to keep to yourself -- I don't blame you, you grew up in a toxic patriarchal dump we call society. Everyone's battling their own demons, sweetheart; you may have crescent moons embedded in your arm, but you're no sadder than the rest of us. 
But did you see my disappointed face when you lifted the shard to your little wrist? Of course, all you could think of was your white knight in shining armor. Wake up.
