Radha Beauty Review!

One of the perks of being a blogger is that I get to try out new products for review--be it makeup or sometimes even skincare.
If you've been following my blog for some time, you know that I'm slightly obsessed with skincare products. I went through the majority of high school with really bad acne, and my skin has dramatically cleared up since then, and I'd like it to stay that way!
Radha Beauty focuses on skincare that is not only effective, but also composed of natural, quality ingredients.
Their Vitamin C serum comes in a sleek, metallic pump, and actually is a very watery texture, as you can see above. It smells slightly of coconut water to me? It applies well to the skin because it is so liquid-y, but it tends to sink in very fast and once it has done so, it retains a tacky texture until it has fully dried. I'll be honest (this may be tmi), but I've been using this one on my back acne scars (I told you it was tmi!!). The acne scars on my face have lightened dramatically from good skincare, but I often forget to take care of skin on other parts of my body (as I'm sure some of you do as well). So far, it's working surprisingly well, and the skin feels much softer and clear. And, since this one is so watery, it's easier to apply to my back (let's be honest here).
The retinol moisturizer comes in a silver grey, long, sleek packaging reminiscent of Skin79's old bb cream packaging. It's not too thick, but it's not a thin moisturizer either. I'm pretty sure one of the main ingredients is cocoa butter. I love retinol products because I feel like it's never too early to use anti-aging products, but I actually passed this one to my mother (she gets the byproduct of my skincare obsession).
Radha Beauty also carries pure plant/essential oils, including argan and coconut oil. I really have been loving argan oil as a miracle oil. I keep a bottle of it on my makeup collection, and I use it as a hair and skin treatment.
I actually find Radha Beauty fractionated coconut oil to be perfect for bathroom storage because it remains in liquid form (coconut oil is naturally a solid at room temperature), and it is less likely to go bad than regular coconut oil. That being said, it retains the same benefits as regular coconut oil! I use this on my hair, as well as a makeup remover (it works amazing to remove makeup!).

I love natural brands. It's nice to know that you're putting good stuff on your skin. The retinol moisturizer sounds lovely.
